To add the bokeh, I used photoshop...made a new layer, erased what I didn't want and that's about it :)

Sorry for the questions but I am not very good at photoshop :)

There is an eraser tool in the side bar in photoshop, I adjust the opacity to what I need then erase (like you would with a pencil on paper) the parts that I don't want...Did that help you at all?
